JEFF: So Akash, we’re on different side of the company in terms where we work. But I know we work close hand in hand when it comes to you getting the leads and I’m more in the back end. Why don’t you tell me a little bit more on the process, on how that goes?

AKASH: Yeah, absolutely. So my role being in sales is, I’m basically representing the company, going out all over. You’ll probably see me at a bunch of events. You can check it out on the website. But my job here is basically increase brand awareness, telling everyone that we’re around. We’re here to help you. We’re here to try and help you generate leads in a more efficient manner.

But to your question, once I talk to somebody on the phone, we figure out that they’re a good candidate for us, that it’s a potentially a beneficial partnership for both sides. Very important. That’s both sides. Well what we’ll do is we’ll do a test run – a test campaign. And in that process, once we do that test run, or when we do that test run. That’s when we’ll introduce the analytical team, which also includes you as well.

AKASH: And the analytical team, just at a very high level, they’ll be the ones in charge of creating the data model, being able to figure out how to target, the prospect the best based on the current information that we have. And we’ll be able to build out from there. Also, we have a creative team as well, who is headed by some pretty impressive people. But their job is to not just help create the cards.

But if you guys do have a creative, they’ll be able to provide some direct mail consulting if you will. Be able to provide best advice and best practices to make sure that the card is as good as it gets. But basically, once all that’s put together, the cards get sent out. And, Jeff here, as you said earlier, will be in the back tracking everything and making sure the results are what we expected it to be.
