JEFF: So Akash you’re talking to a lot of different clients and companies that are looking for direct mail. What do you tell them that separates DK from other competitors in the industry?

AKASH: Yeah, I mean, you’re right, there are quite a few different mail houses around town. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, and we’re no exception to that. But with that being said, we are pretty different than most other mail houses and data companies out there. Well, for starters, we are a combination of both. We are a full service direct mail company.

We are obviously nationally – we have a national reach, which is phenomenal. But what really separates us is a lot of these companies who we go against, they generate a pre-set number of leads in a pre-set industry ahead of time, and that’s all they sell. We approach it a little bit differently. We actually create a data model specific to a premium product. And that data model would be our partners’ unique data model, and that would represent our partners’ ideal customer profile or ICP.

And what we’ll do is we’ll figure out what is the top decile of that ICP that matches that ICP. And that’s your new TargetList. And that way you’re not only saving money on overall mailers, you are, getting the same leads – or not same leads. You’re getting better quality leads, which will stay on your books longer. And you’re not paying as much.
